1. No purchase is necessary to enter drawing. You must join the mailing list to be automatically entered into the drawing.

2. Our September-October email drawing prize will be a $50.00 gas card.

3. Contributors, writers or affiliates of Exceptional Magazine or Atela Productions, Inc. are not eligible to participate in the drawing.

4. Only one email address per person can be submitted to enter the drawings.

5. Winner agree to have his/her name, city and state displayed as the winner on the homepage of www.exceptionalmag.com.

6. Drawing will be held on September 30, 2008.  Prizes will be delivered within 15 days after winner's email address has been drawn, full name verified and announced on www.exceptionalmag.com.

7. Previous winners cannot win a prize or contest presented by Atela Productions more than once in the same 12 month period. Exceptional Magazine, or any of its partners, sponsors or affiliates do not qualify for the email drawing.

8. Only one email address per prize will be drawn and announced on www.exceptionalmag.com. 

9. The winner of the drawing will be informed through the email address provided upon joining the email list on www.exceptionalmag.com. Winner will be requested to provide his/her full name, mailing address and daytime phone in order to receive the prize.  Please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Each winner will have three (3) days to provide the requested information.  If no response has been received within three (3) days of the request being sent, another email address will be drawn for the prize.

11. Delivery of all prizes will be verified by Atela Productions, Inc.
