Monica has used her technical savvy, business expertise and signature personal touch to help initiate and establish partnerships between federal and corporate clients, leading to successful ventures.  She has also assisted high level officials in the federal government in making technological decisions that affected policy worldwide. She has presented business process development and improvement analyses on various levels for government clients.

Her success extends well beyond the federal and corporate world.  Monica is the creator,  former executive producer and host of the award-winning Extraordinary Everyday People television talk show produced in Washington, D.C. Her television background also includes directing, videography, lighting and post-production.

As a community leader Monica served two terms on the Board of Directors of Arlington Independent Media, ending her tenure as Vice President in 2004. During her tenure she also served as Chairperson of the Facilities Committee and a member of the Finance, Facilities and Administrative Committees.

She's the author, of “On the Receiving End, A Collection of Works for Realizing the Potential within Ourselves”, published by American Literary Press. Her new books Blueprint For Life, The Ultimate Business Planning Resource for Achieving Maximum Results! and Proven Rapid Growth Secrets are due to be released in 2012.
